I eat a lot! wayy too much might I add. I'm actually craving fruits. Oranges and bananas please! I need to finish Christmas shopping. This is fun. Lately, I've been having weird dreams. It's kind of scary. So last Friday, Melo and I visited IH for their Christmas program. It's so awkward being there again. Unfortunately, it's not the same, but I still miss it. They performed a really cute skit. Ohhh my seniors are growing up! It was good to see old faces and catch up on some of their college experiences. 4 DAYS 'TIL CHRISTMAS. i said so @ 12:58 AM
Anyway, I was talking to Camille, and we somehow ended up talking about NCT and Father Jones again. I MISS IT! I miss the people. I miss my childhood. I miss him. Gosh, we're so old now. It's comforting to know that people trust me especially when I, myself, am not even sure if I should trust ME. I constantly doubt my capabilities, and for people to say, "I'm not worried. I trust you," it truly is comforting. I've gotten it twice already, and I didn't know what to think of it. Maybe I should just TRY instead of convinving myself that I'm no good. I don't know. I've decided I need to shape up. For the short break... I will exercise frequently. I will eat healthier. I will sleep earlier. I will be more productive around the house. A guinea pig isn't from Guinea. A guinea pig isn't even a pig. And why is it that writers write but fingers don't fing? Grocers don't groce. And hammers don't ham. If the plural of tooth is teeth, why isn't the plural of booth beeth? One goose, two geese. So one moose, two meese? If teachers taught, preachers praught? If a vegetarian eats vegetables, what does a humanitarian eat? When I did write, I wrote. When I did bite, I bote? Why do we recite at a play and play at a recital? Ship by truck and send cargo by ship? We have noses that run and feet that smell. We park on driveways and drive on parkways. How can a slim chance and a fat chance mean the same? Why are a wise man and a wise guy opposites? Why do quite a lot and a quite a few mean the same? Your house can burn up while it burns down. You fill in a form by filling it out. An alarm clock goes off by going on. When the stars are out, they're visible, but when the lights are out, they're invisible. What is a free gift? Aren't all gifts free? What is an original copy? When you go to a garage sale, why isn't the garage for sale? Why is it that when I wind up my watch, I start it, but when I wind this up, I end it? Hmmm. I wonder why. Perhaps the best times of my childhood, aside from my summers at Franklin, were the days I'd attend NCT workshops. I learned a lot. I had fun. Honestly, I don't think I would have been able to come such a long way had it not been for Father Jones. Bored as I am at home, I decided to clean my room, and I came across old scripts of plays, songs, one-liners, etc. These precious papers, I will never throw away. It's good to be home, but I must admit I do miss Irvine a little. I find myself with nothing to do for most of the day. A lot of my friends are still in school. The weather's been a little gloomy since I've come home. Oh well! This Christmas break is a time to relax, destress, celebrate and catch up with loved ones. The Christmas season is HERE. Christmas day is rapidly approaching! I can feel it. My neighbors' Christmas lights are always so festive. EVERY YEAR. They never disappoint me. This time of the year is always exciting even though my feeling towards Christmas doesn't nearly compare to the feeling I had as a child. i said so @ 7:17 PM
Honestly speaking, I initially wrote an entry this afternoon which read: CRISTINA MAABA IS ULTIMATELY THEE COOLEST PERSON i know! This statement still holds true. She's quite the cool one, but I resolved to delete the post simply because of the surprise visit by the cool older Liwanag sisters. I know my cousin reads this. She's possibly the only one who does; however, this site is linked to hers, so almost anyone who looks over her names could quickly find it. So in short, I don't think Cristina is the only cool one. I believe they are all cool. REALLY REALLY. SO THANK YOU ST. PAUL AND ST. LUKE FAMILIES! You are sweet and beautiful people. i said so @ 12:43 AM
